These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the service offerings provided by MG Wealth, a sole proprietorship registered under number 924 575 624 00011, with its registered office located at 12 avenue de la Cible, and represented by David Mosali.

Any order placed for services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the client.

2. Description of Services
MG Wealth offers paid services including (but not limited to):

Financial market analysis (stock & crypto)
Personalized trading support
Broker comparison services
Capital management under client-defined terms
Access to a dedicated trader available 24/7

Services are offered à la carte or via monthly/annual subscription plans, as listed on the website.

3. Orders and Payment
Services are available upon payment by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified during the order process.

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. No service will be provided until full payment is received.

MG Wealth reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the client.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated.

MG Wealth reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. However, services will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that begin immediately after confirmation, with the client’s express agreement.

By confirming the order, the client expressly agrees that the service execution will start before the end of the legal 14-day withdrawal period.

6. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order. They remain solely responsible for how they use any advice, analysis, or guidance provided.

MG Wealth does not guarantee any financial gain and cannot be held liable for losses resulting from investment decisions made by the client.

7. Liability
The services offered are for informational and educational purposes only. MG Wealth is neither a licensed financial advisor nor an AMF-authorized portfolio manager.

MG Wealth shall not be held liable for:

Indirect losses or damages related to service use, beyond the limits expressly agreed upon by the client
Investment decisions made by the client
Technical failures of the website or partner platforms

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of the jurisdiction where MG Wealth is registered shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
